These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wealducate website and our products and services, including WealQuest and Vestora (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
"Wealducate" ("we", "us", "our") is a sole proprietorship operating from India. Being a sole proprietorship, the business and its proprietor are the same legal person, and these Terms are entered into with that person. For any question about who operates the Services, or to exercise a right under applicable data-protection law, write to hello@wealducate.com and we will respond.
Wealducate provides financial education and self-service tools. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, and nothing on the Services constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or product. Some Services (such as Vestora and WealQuest) may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. How we handle the data you provide is described in our Privacy Policy and our data protection overview.
The Services, including content, design, logos, and software, are owned by Wealducate or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of the financial data and content you provide.
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate or output is accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealducate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any decision made in reliance on the Services.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
